Certain services require you to enter a credit card at time of booking. Cancellations require a 48 hour notification, made by telephone at 978-388-7077. We can not accommodate e-mail or text message cancellations.

Cancellations/No Shows

Our appointments are very important to our team at Aniu.  We hold your appointments just for you and ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, you please provide us with 48 hour notice.  This way, stylists will be able to adjust their schedules accordingly and may be able to accommodate clients on our waiting list. A fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost will be charged on late cancellations. Additionally, a no-show fee may equal 100% of booked service cost. Cancellation and no-show fees are the sole responsibility of the client and must be paid in full before your next appointment. The credit card on file may be charged if our cancellation and/or no-show policy is not adhered to.

We do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and we will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency. Fees in these instances may be waived or reduced. By scheduling your appointment you are agreeing to our cancellation and no-show policy.

Lateness

Sometimes being late is unavoidable- we will always do everything possible to accommodate you. However, depending on circumstances, we may be forced to shorten or reschedule your service.

Service Guarantee

We strive to provide high quality services and products and we will make every effort to ensure your satisfaction. While we do not offer refunds on services provided, we are happy to repeat a service to your satisfaction; please speak with Julie within 72 hours of your original service. Retail credits are issued for unused products returned within 30 days of purchase.

All of our services include a thorough consultation, relaxing shampoo service and blow-dry style.

All prices are subject to change. Prices may vary due to hair condition, density, or length.
