Our appointments are very important to our team at Aniu. We hold your appointments just for you and ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, you please provide us with 36-hour notice. This way, stylists will be able to adjust their schedules accordingly and may be able to accommodate clients on our waiting list. A fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost will be charged on late cancellations. We do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency.
Sometimes being late is unavoidable- we will always do everything possible to accommodate you. However, depending on circumstances, we may be forced to shorten or reschedule your service.
We strive to provide high quality services and products and we will make every effort to ensure your satisfaction. While we do not offer refunds on services provided, we are happy to repeat a service to your satisfaction; please speak with Julie within 72 hours of your original service. Retail credits are issued for most products returned within 30 days of purchase.
All of our services include a thorough consultation, relaxing shampoo service and blow-dry style.
